Fees

I accept cash, debit/credit, and checks as payment. My fees for services are as follows:

• Initial 15 minute phone consultation Complimentary

• Initial Individual Intake (85 minutes) $250

• Individual Session (55 mins) $185

• Report Writing, Paperwork, Letter Writing $100/hr

• Couples Intake (85 mins) $290

• Couples Session (55 mins) $225

• Sport Psychology Services (45-60mins) Rates vary

Insurance policy 

I am an in-network provider for:

• Premera

• LifeWise

For all other insurance companies, I may be considered an out-of-network provider. This means that after you pay for services, your health insurance provider may reimburse you the agreed cost outlined in your benefits. I will provide you with a receipt of services which you may submit to your insurance for potential out of network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to determine out of network benefits.
